The Digital AVR (D-AVR) is a further development of the AVR and is used for the first time in the EC power generator models. This represents a decisive improvement over the conventional AVR and provides a much smoother, more effective power output for the sensitive electronic equipment and offers a stable voltage. This makes flickering lighting a thing of the past, making the units ideal for emergency work at night.

• Comfortable operation: EG 5500 CL features Honda Idle Control, a unique system that detects rising loads while quietly and constantly adjusting the speed without you noticing a drop in power. When less is needed, the engine speed decreases, saving fuel and money. They also have electric start and transport wheels as standard. The EM 5500CXS can be equipped with the universal override switch, which automatically regulates the power supply at your home by switching from power supply to generator as needed.
