SMALL FRAME FOR INCONVENIENCE

This rugged, small, gasoline-powered AC power generator is designed with its power output mainly for "pros" to power small appliances like lighting or hand power tools. With its compact dimensions and light weight, it is suitable for mobile workshops, repair vans for field work. The whole system is mounted on flexible silentblocks in a frame welded from 25 mm diameter steel tubes. This provides exceptional protection of the system against possible damage and also serves as a transport handle for easy handling. Therefore, in order for the alternator to produce a voltage of 230V / 50Hz, the motor is equipped with an automatic, mechanical speed controller so that at any current draw the motor speed is constant at 3000 rpm. The power unit is equipped with 2x Schuko sockets (16A 230V). The control of the generator is very easy and simple. Simply fill up the tank, place the power station on a horizontal surface, check the engine oil level, start the engine by pulling the handle of the manual starter, wait a few seconds for the engine to settle down and connect the powered appliance to the appropriate socket. The power pack meets all electrical safety requirements and is equipped with protective features such as engine oil leak protection and alternator overload protection. The sturdy and solid frame construction does not twist and reliably dampens the vibrations from the motor against the ground. This reduces the noise level of the power unit and makes work more pleasant. The maintenance of the power tool is quite easy and consists of basic maintenance of the gasoline engine.
