SMALL FRAME WITH AVR FOR CONVENIENCE

This rugged, small, gasoline-powered AC generator is designed for "professionals" to power small appliances such as lighting, handheld power tools or equipment with more sensitive electronics. Its compact size and light weight make it suitable for mobile workshops, repair vehicles for field work. The entire system is mounted on flexible silentblocks in a frame welded from 25 mm diameter steel tubes. This provides exceptional protection of the system from possible damage and also serves as a transport handle for easy handling. Therefore, to enable the alternator to produce a voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz, the motor is equipped with an automatic, mechanical speed controller, so that the motor speed is constant at 3000 rpm at any current draw. The power supply unit is equipped with 2x Schuko sockets (16A 230V). The operation of the generator is very easy and simple. Simply fill the tank, place the power unit on a horizontal surface, check the engine oil level, start the engine by pulling the hand starter handle, wait a few seconds for the engine to settle down and connect the powered appliance to the appropriate socket. The power unit meets all electrical safety requirements and is equipped with protective features such as engine oil leak protection and alternator overload protection. The robust and solid frame construction does not twist and reliably dampens vibrations from the motor to the ground. This reduces power unit noise and makes work more pleasant. Maintenance of the power tool is relatively easy and consists of basic maintenance of the petrol engine.
